Brüel & Kjær knows that customer satisfaction consists of many things. However, Brüel & Kjær also knows that customers are the companys most valuable asset. Operating in a dynamic environment Brüel & Kjær believes that the most important activity in our efforts to improve customer satisfaction is extensive dialogue with our customers and knowing what kind of challenges our customers are faced with.
As part of this dialogue, we performed a market analysis on customer satisfaction with our software quality, highlighting whats important for our customers. The analysis involved 2000 of our software customers and we received a very positive response rate over 30%.
The purpose of this survey was to identify, analyse and focus on the areas that are important to our customers when working with our software.
