Our customers often have a need for specialised, individual solutions, which are not readily available as standard products. Using our existing standard product platforms and application know-how, we are able to create and implement customer-required test and measurement solutions.

In order to implement any project, project execution and control have to be performed under stringent and controlled conditions. Brüel & Kjær is ISO 9001 certified to meet these requirements.

Dedicated Project Manager - As soon as we identify a need for a customised, a dedicated project manager is appointed. The project manager is responsible for planning and project progress.

Solution Design - All projects go through a detailed specification, resource allocation, and management approval process before our project proposal is presented to the customer. This way we live up to our commitment to implement customised systems on time and within budget. All customised solutions are delivered with a Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance.

Installation - It is very important to us that our customers get up and running successfully with their new equipment. Brüel & Kjær project engineers and application specialists are available for on-site installation and site acceptance tests.

Training - Brüel & Kjær application specialists can provide on-site training to ensure that you acquire all the skills needed to operate your equipment and to analyse the results of your measurements.
