DAY ONE & TWO – VIBRATION THEORY & PRACTICAL
The first two days provide a practical introduction to the subject of vibration testing. Designed around the needs of engineers new to the subject of vibration testing, yet offering a useful refresher/booster course for the more experienced users. This course explains how to interpret vibration test specifications and apply them to a vibration test system. The course focuses on the practical aspects of vibration testing - the realities, the problems encountered and the common mistakes. The course removes the mystery and replaces it with facts and common sense.
DAY THREE – VIBRATION DEMONSTRATION & HANDS ON
The third day includes demonstrations and hands on training offering the following objectives:
• Defining a complete vibration test: Random, Sine, Shock • Setting various test setup parameters; Pre-Test, Initial Drive, Response Goal, Fast Ramp, Lines, Frequency • Understanding system error messages; Open Loop, RMS high/Low • Generating quick test reports, Data Recall and Save • Advanced testing: TTH, SoR, RoR, LTH
