With the unveiling of the 65000 sq. ft (6040 m2) Application Research Centre (ARC) in June 2006, Brüel & Kjær took another step toward realising its vision of being the preferred solution provider. This new facility represents a major milestone – it enables us to work very closely with our customers, and to help them to develop and optimise their products. Our partnership with MSC and Link Engineering, and our substantial investment, are an important commitment to the automotive and other focus markets within Brüel & Kjær. Having a better insight into our customers’ needs has resulted in some unique solutions, for example, PULSE 11’s unique technology – Response Equalisation (REq-X). REq-X extends the frequency range of your Brüel & Kjær transducer, resulting in even more accurate and reliable measurements, and adding even more versatility to the world’s largest range of microphones and accelerometers. These, together with a new multi-purpose, high-quality Charge Input Module and new and enhanced applications strengthen the PULSE platform, enhancing its appeal to, and helping increase efficiency for, an even wider range of customers and industries.
