Appointment of Managing Director
I am pleased to announce the appointment of Lars Rønn as Managing Director of Brüel & Kjær Sound and Vibration with effect from 1st September 2008.
Lars is an Electrical Engineer graduated at the Technical University of Denmark who, following an early career as a project manager, designing and manufacturing integrated circuits, has worked in sales and general management at Hitachi Europe and NKT. Most recently he has been President of the Hearing Instruments Division of Sonion and, since its acquisition by the US company Pulse Inc., Senior VP of its MedTech Group into which the Sonion business was integrated.
I am sure you will join me in welcoming Lars to Bruel & Kjaer and Spectris and wishing him every success with the continued development of the company.
