Noise Prediction Software
Whether assessing noise impact of new developments, managing noise maps of larger areas or investigating noise emission in complex outdoor acoustic environments, noise prediction software is an ideal tool.
Commission recommendation 6 August 2003: 2003/613/EC “Guidelines on the revised interim computation methods for industrial noise, aircraft noise, road traffic noise and railway noise, and related emission data” changes the methods recommended for strategic noise mapping for the EU Environmental Noise Directive 2002/49/EC. The document includes general changes and specific changes to the 4 methods (NMPB/XPS 31-133, RMR/SRMII, ISO 9613 and ECAC 29). The Harmonoise Engineering Method calculates environmental noise levels from roads and railways. It is intended to become the harmonized method for noise mapping in all EU Member States according to the Environmental Noise Directive 2002/49/EC. | |
