Combining speed, precision, and versatility, Vibration Control Hardware Type 1059 is the answer to your varied test needs. The system offers ideal performance and versatility for the research laboratory or production floor.

The hardware consists of a low-noise, front-end, high-speed, signal-processing box connected to the PC via an Ethernet cable.

Why use Type 1059 hardware?

1. The front-end is easily expandable from 1 to 16 inputs (4-channel blocks)

2. 24-bit input/output with >100 dB signal-to-noise ratio

3. Closed-loop control is done entirely in front-end box, therefore PC upgrades and peripheral additions do not delay or interrupt the control loop processing

4. Unique Ethernet interface to PC

a. No boards in the PC, you can use laptop PC and/or easily install system on another PC

b. Provides DC isolation to PC, thus eliminating common 50/60 Hz noise problems

c. Front-end can be placed close to test setup, with short accelerometer cables, as length of Ethernet cable does not increase noise

6. Can provide up to 4 control loops simultaneously

7. I/O digital interface for remote operation with your product, climatic chamber or other system

8. The inputs support TEDS accelerometers, and have built-in DeltaTron®/ICP® accelerometer conditioning
