If your instrument requires repair or adjustment, Brüel & Kjær skilled engineers are on hand to do the work. At the same time we can perform preventive maintenance, repair and calibration.

Your Brüel & Kjær equipment is serviced on test systems developed specifically for each product. Original spare parts are always used, to secure the product meets the published specifications.

Repair Ordering Process

Please fill in the Service Request Form before you ship instrument.

To minimise downtime:

• We recommend that you specify a maximum price at the time of ordering
• Provide comprehensive fault description

Included with return of your instrument:

• Certificate of Conformance
• Service Note
• Three months warranty on labor and spare parts

Up to 5 Years Warranty

To cover unexpected repair costs, you can order a warranty  extension:

• Choose warranty coverage up to five years
• Predictable budget with fixed maintenance amount

How to order warranty extension?

• We recommend ordering warranty extension at time of purchasing new instrument
• You can order warranty extension until the instrument is five years old

Please note: If manufacturer’s warranty has expired, the instrument must pass a Conformance test before warranty can be extended.
