2260: How do I use UL-1008 with sound recording?

Answer:

While sound recording, you can store measurement results on an external 32MB Memory Card UL-1008. These results can be downloaded into a PC using Noise Explorer 7815 (or similar). If the measurement file contains markers that indicate sound recordings, these will be located and stored as instructed by the user. This works in the same way for transfer directly from Type 2260 or via a memory card. If data is downloaded to a different PC than the one used with sound recording, then the user is asked to indicate the location of the files. Thus, this can be done using a USB memory stick, a CD or over a network connection.

To reduce memory usage, set background logging to the lowest acceptable resolution.
