Triaxial CCLD Accelerometer with TEDS (98 Mv/G)

Triaxial CCLD Accelerometer is designed to simplify your testing by covering most of the different needs of a modern test lab with a single sensor. The device is engraved with a TEDS data matrix code, to simplify and automate multi-channel test setups.

Angebot anfordern

Triaxial CCLD accelerometer with Transducer Electronic Datasheet (TEDS) Type 4535-B-001 is a light-weight, wide frequency range (from 0.3 Hz to 10 kHz) general-purpose triaxial accelerometers.

USE SCENARIOS

  • General purpose
  • Structural testing
  • Automotive body and power train measurements
  • Acoustic fatigue testing
  • Triaxial measurements in a confined space

When only a single- or bi-axis measurement is needed at a location, the small size and possibility of single axis powering supply make Types 4535-B-001 the right choice. TEDS function and the possibility of mounting with an M3 stud speed up test setup.

TRANSDUCER SMART SETUP

Transducer Smart Setup is a mobile application that works in combination with data matrix codes (similar to QR codes™) on transducers to simplify and automate multi-channel test setups. The data matrix code also gives you instant access to specifications and calibration information.

A data matrix code has been engraved on the transducer, giving you easy access to product documentation, such as:

  • Specification
  • Accessories
  • Documentation
  • Local sales information
  • Sensitivity calibration history
  • Calibration chart
  • Transducer Smart Setup app

If you download the Transducer Smart Setup app, you get access to vastly simplified multi-channel test setup. With the Transducer Smart Setup app, you can scan the data matrix code on a transducer using the smartphone’s camera. The software will automatically recognize the accelerometer and add associated data, such as its location and orientation (Component ID, Node ID and DOF Direction) - greatly minimizing the risk of data entry errors.

Data can be imported into PULSE Reflex as hardware setup tables. In addition, PULSE Reflex recognizes which transducer is plugged into which input connector, removing the need to trace cables.

The Transducer Smart Setup app is available for iOS devices (iPhone®, iPad® and iPod touch®) and can be downloaded from the App Store®.
