Piezoelektrische CCLD/IEPE-Beschleunigungssensoren

CCLD-Beschleunigungssensoren sind PE-Ladungs-Beschleunigungssensoren (auch als IEPE-Beschleunigungssensoren bezeichnet) mit integrierten Vorverstärkern, die Ausgangssignale in Form einer niederohmigen Ausgangsspannung liefern. Die meisten CCLD-Beschleunigungssensoren von Brüel & Kjær sind zum Schutz vor Verschmutzung aus der Umgebung hermetisch abgedichtet. Aufgrund des eingebauten Verstärkers weisen sie eine geringe Anfälligkeit für Hochfrequenzstörungen und elektromagnetische Felder auf und liefern eine niederohmige Ausgangsspannung. Dies ermöglicht die Verwendung von preiswerten und langen Koaxialkabeln.

Was sind CCLD-Beschleunigungssensoren?

CCLD ist eine proprietäre Bezeichnung für Beschleunigungssensoren (auch IEPE-Beschleunigungssensor genannt) und CCLD-Geräte für die Signalverarbeitung, die mit einer Konstantstromversorgung arbeiten und Ausgangssignale in Form einer Spannungsmodulation auf der Spannungsversorgungsleitung liefern.

CCLD-Varianten verfügen über mithilfe der Dickschichttechnologie gefertigte eingebaute, rauscharme Vorverstärker. Zu den Vorverstärkern gehören ASICs (anwendungsspezifische integrierte Schaltung) mit einer speziellen Referenzspannung, die eine sehr stabile Bias-Spannung über den gesamten Gebrauchstemperaturbereich gewährleisten.

Ein offensichtlicher Vorteil des Einsatzes von CCLD-Geräten besteht darin, dass Sie kostengünstige Kabel verwenden können.

Die niedrige Ausgangsimpedanz ermöglicht die Verwendung langer Kabel als Verbindung zwischen dem Beschleunigungssensor und der Datenerfassungshardware, d.h. unserem DAQ-Eingangsmodul (LAN-XI Typ 3050).

Kabel und Stecker für CCLD

Für den allgemeinen Einsatz in unkritischen Fällen werden die folgenden Kabel zur Verwendung mit CCLD-Varianten empfohlen:

Zur Unterscheidung einzelner Beschleunigungssensoren in einem Mehrkanal-Messaufbau stehen nummerierte Kabelmarker (UA-1243) für Kabel mit einem Durchmesser von 1,6 mm und farbige Kabelmarker (UA-1244) für Kabel mit einem Durchmesser von 1,9 bis 2,2 mm zur Verfügung.

Maximale Kabellänge für CCLD

Die maximale Ausgangsspannung eines CCLD-Beschleunigungssensors bei langen Kabeln hängt vom Versorgungsstrom, bei dem er arbeitet, und von der Kabelkapazität ab.

Die maximale Kabellänge in Metern (bei Verzerrung ≤ 1%) wird angegeben durch:
