Online help search patch

This patch will correct a problem found with the Test for I-deas Online Help search functionality when used with some web browsers.  An error may occur when attempting to bring up the search window stating the security certificate has been blocked or has expired.  This can be corrected by replacing the existing qagent.jar file with a revised version.

    1.  Download the new qagent.jar file.
    2.  Using Windows Explorer, browse to the <SDRC_INSTL>\SDRCHelp\LANG\English directory and rename the qagent.jar to qagent.jar_old (where SDRC_INSTL is the root install directory for I-deas, by default this will be C:\Siemens\NXI6*)
   3.  Copy the downloaded qagent.jar to this same directory. 

NOTE: If other languages installed for the Help library, the qagent.jar file contained in the corresponding language folder will also need to be replaced with the revised version.
