There is a well-known expression: “Energy flows where thoughts go” – so think positively and your energy will make good things happen. This philosophy has helped me in my personal and work life.

I wish I was less of a control freak!

If you could invite three famous people to dinner, who would they be?
Jamie Oliver because he is opinionated and a great cook, Stephen Hawking because he is brilliant and has a great sense of humour, and Lewis Hamilton because he is a local boy and is cool.

What are your hobbies?
Music, cider (making and drinking), walking in the countryside, home improvements, my Honda Civic Type R and my house on the Isle of Skye, Scotland.
