Power Amplifiers for LDS shakers

Our range of digitally controlled, switch-mode amplifiers are used to drive the best-in-class electrodynamic LDS shakers and shaker systems. These amplifiers are capable of delivering a force ratings of 89 kN (20,000 lbf) for high-performance, large-scale vibration testing of structures and devices across a wide range of vibration testing applications.

    Power amplifiers

    Available with outputs ranging from 88 to 128 kVA*, these switch-mode power amplifiers are used to drive the best in class V8900 electrodynamic shakers with force rating 80 kN.

  • LDS LPA

    Linear power amplifiers

    A range of economical amplifiers with outputs from 50 – 1000 W used to drive permanent-magnet and small electrodynamic shakers with force ratings from 8.9 N (2 lbf) to 489 N (110 lbf) for vibration testing and other applications.

  • LDS SPA-K

    Replacement amplifiers

    A range of power amplifiers designed to drive legacy LDS air-cooled shakers, as well as third-part vibration systems.

  • LDS HPA-K

    Power amplifier

    A compact and efficient amplifier with a 5 VA power output. Used to drive permanent magnet shakers and small shakers with force ratings up to 5.12 kN (1150 lbf) for laboratory and modal testing applications.

  • LDS SPA-K

    Power amplifiers

    Available with outputs ranging from 8 to 56 kVA, these switch-mode power amplifiers are used to drive electrodynamic shakers with force ratings of at least 9.81 kN (2205 lbf), such as LDS V830.

  • LDS DPA-K

    Power amplifiers

    A range of digitally controlled, switch-mode amplifiers used to drive electrodynamic shakers with force ratings of at least 89 kN (20,000 lbf) for vibration testing and other applications. Available with outputs from 70 to 280 kVA.
