Acelerómetros piezoeléctricos CCLD / IEPE

Los acelerómetros CCLD son acelerómetros de carga piezoeléctricos (también se les llama acelerómetros IEPE) con preamplificadores integrados. Se caracterizan porque su salida es una señal de tensión de baja impedancia. La mayoría de los acelerómetros CCLD de Brüel & Kjaer son herméticamente estancos, como medida de protección frente a la contaminación ambiental. Además, presentan una baja susceptibilidad a las radiofrecuencias y a la radiación electromagnética, y una baja impedancia de salida debido al amplificador integrado. Estas características permiten utilizarlos conjuntamente con cables coaxiales largos y baratos.

¿Qué son los acelerómetros CCLD?

CCLD es un nombre genérico con el que se designan acelerómetros (también llamados acelerómetros IEPE) y equipos de acondicionamiento de señal CCLD que funcionan con una fuente de alimentación de corriente constante y que proporcionan una señal de salida en forma de modulación de la tensión de la línea de alimentación.

Existen distintas variantes de acelerómetros CCLD con preamplificadores incorporados de bajo nivel de ruido, fabricados con tecnología de película gruesa. Los preamplificadores llevan circuitos integrados ASIC (application-specific integrated circuit) que utilizan una tensión de referencia especial, gracias a la cual se garantiza una tensión de polarización muy estable en todo el rango de temperatura de funcionamiento.

Una de las ventajas más llamativas de los dispositivos CCLD es que permiten utilizar cables económicos.

La baja impedancia de salida permite utilizar cables largos para conectar el acelerómetro a un equipo de adquisición de datos, como puede ser nuestro Módulo DAQ de entrada LAN-XI Modelo 3050.

Cables y conectores para acelerómetros CCLD

Para aplicaciones generales (que no sean de carácter crítico), recomendamos utilizar los siguientes cables con las variantes CCLD:

Para distinguir los acelerómetros individuales en una configuración de medida multicanal, disponemos de marcadores de cable numerados (UA-1243) para adaptar a cables de 1,6 mm de diámetro. También disponemos de marcadores de cable en colores (UA-1244) para adaptar a cables de entre 1,9 y 2,2 mm de diámetro.

Longitud máxima de cable para acelerómetros CCLD

Cuando se utilizan cables largos, la tensión máxima de salida de un acelerómetro CCLD depende de la corriente de alimentación del acelerómetro y de la carga capacitiva del cable de conexión.

La longitud máxima de cable, en metros (para una distorsión ≤1%), viene dada por:
