This two-day course offers a complete introduction to the principles of Sound Power Testing. Covering the acoustics measurement techniques and standards, participants will gain an understanding of the different tools that are available to produce a Sound Power result. The course focuses on the theory and practical considerations, as well as demonstrations in order to illustrate the relevant workflow.

• A brief overview on standards and how to select the most appropriate standard and technique
• Sound Power determination - Both Sound Pressure based techniques and Sound Intensity based techniques

This course is directed towards anyone new to sound power testing.
