Test for I-deas 6.2 with Windows 7 - 64 bit and Non-English language patch for Advanced Modal Wizard and Interactive Order Slice

This patch is to correct a problem found with the Advanced Modal Wizard and the Interactive Order Slice. It has been found that an error may occur when launching either program if running TFI 6.2 on a Windows 7-64 bit operating system. This patch includes the previous correction for issues where some non-US language systems would error when launching the Advanced Modal Wizard or the geometry used would become corrupted.  Follow the instructions in the ReadMe to apply this patch and correct these issues.
