DISCOM Noise Analysis for transmissions, gearboxes, axles, electric motors and e-drives

Acoustic quality, end-of-line test system for transmissions – including manual, automatic and dual dry-clutch transmission (DCT) designs – gearboxes, axles, electric motors and e-drives.

견적 요청하기

DISCOM Noise Analysis is a complete acoustic quality, end-of-line test system and is ideally constituted for testing axles, gearboxes, electric motors, e-drives and transmissions – including manual, automatic and DCT designs. The system comprises all transducers, data acquisition hardware and software specified for your production line and product configuration.

USE SCENARIOS

  • End-of-line testing for transmissions, gearboxes and axles
  • Root cause of failure analysis
  • Outgoing quality control

Production lines and products can vary greatly from one installation to the next, so DISCOM Noise Analysis has been designed to be modular and easily scalable. By adding additional transducers (including accelerometers, microphones or combinations of the two) or front ends, the system can be customized to match the product and production-line complexity. The system also includes access to the expertise and experience of personnel who can work with you to ensure the ideal hardware installation, software setup and configuration, and ongoing parameter refinement.

CAPABILITIES

  • Easy scaling to match the test environment and product
  • Rotationally synchronous analysis
  • Time-domain history
  • Single-value statistics
  • Order spectra and order tracking
  • Modulation analysis

As part of DISCOM NVH Analysis systems, all of the data, stored in locally and remotely accessible databases, forms a complete and traceable data chain that enables easy identification and elimination of root causes of failures.

In addition, using DISCOM Mobile in a completed vehicle provides data for correlation with the test stands so that parameters can be refined based on noise or vibration that only presented in the fully assembled vehicle.
