7830 Qualifier, 7831 Qualifier Light

Version 2.19.3 fixes the following bugs:

• Crash when selecting report properties (not in English version)
• Sheets for L1 and L2 averages according to ISO 16283 standard
• Sheets for L1-L2 in Facade measurements using traffic noise
• No status code on results when using ISO 16283 standard

Runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions).
