Estos pabellones auditivos cumplen la Recomendación P.58 de la ITU-T, además de las normas IEC 60318-7 y ANSI S3.36-1985, aplicables a ensayos de auriculares y protectores auditivos, y también a medidas en teléfonos, dispositivos de comunicación manos libres y audífonos.

The symmetrical pinnae come in a soft (OO-35°) and hard (OO-55°) version, both complying with the IEC and ITU-T recommendations. To ensure high quality measurement results, the left pinna is a digital mirroring of the original right pinna, providing a set of symmetrical pinnae to be used with HATS:
